There are many places to visit in Spain. But one of the most wonderful tourist attraction is The Caves of Drach. These dark, cool and mysterious caves are situated on Mallorca. Depth of caves is 25 meters. There is a lake inside the caves. It is the largest subterranean lake in Europe. Besides, Caves of Drach were found in 1880 by M.F. Will and then in 1896 by E.A. Martel. From 1922 in caves had taken place changes. This point of interest was made more comfortable for sightseeing. A 1.2 km path in caves was equipped with ladders. Also there is a lightning which was special designed by engineers. Have you ever seen stalactites or stalagmites? Stalactites hang from above and stalagmites rise from ground. You must see it. Excursion in caves is so interesting. You will not only hear a story and interesting facts about Caves of Drach, you will spend time travelling in caves. Your journey will include classical music concert. Also you can make a boat trip across Lake Martel. Don't foul up a chance to see breathtaking views of caves!
